OPTICAL READERS WITH BARCODE BADGES
Attendances are recorded by hostesses equipped with optical readers.
The data is then processed by the technical department.
INTERACTIVE ACTS
Availability of a customised platform for each event that allows the participant to consult the proceedings directly at the venue (dedicated area) downloadable on a USB stick (all files are non-editable and copyrighted).
C.M.E. PORTALS WITH ACTIVE TAGS
Portals allow the most complete control, providing additional services to the participant such as checking the percentage of attendance achieved in real time or the delivery of C.M.E. certificates directly at the end of the event at the conference venue. As with the columns, RF-ID technology with active TAGs is used; all the participant has to do is wear the electronic badge.
C.M.E. DESK
In conjunction with the portals, a dedicated desk of 2 or more workstations (depending on the number of participants) networked with the portals is set up, where the participant can request any information related to the C.M.E.: from the percentage of attendance to information for completing the C.M.E. forms.
MONITORING OF QUESTIONNAIRES AND MINISTERIAL REPORT
The self-assessment and event satisfaction questionnaires are corrected in total automation using optical scanners. This allows costs to be controlled and correction times to be significantly reduced. The management software ensures an up-to-date mailing list with numerous entry checks (tax code, postcode, city, etc.). The software also makes it possible to constantly monitor the various accreditation steps and to produce the necessary reports at the end of the event to be forwarded to the Ministry of Health.
C.M.E. CERTIFICATES
From the website www.idegroupinternational.eu, doctors can carry out an online check of their personal credit status at all the Congresses/Residential Courses that have been organised. In this way, users can obtain a summary of their credits and download the C.M.E. certificate on-line. To access the site, all the doctor has to do is fill in a registration form and choose a user name and password.
